How We Got Our Start
Our Background
Q: How did you come up with that idea?
A: "Save Card ID started from a crisis. A simple nature walk gone bad! I observed a teacher frantically calling 911 with limited information of the student. It was almost impossible for her to describe the child. She had what every other teacher would have on a trip: an emergency contact sheet-not much of a help, but she gave what she had to the safety agents. I immediately thought about how convenient it would be if she had an ID with a picture and details of the child. In that very moment, Save Card ID was manifested."
